By using Digital Tools Hub (the “site”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. Use of the tools
The tools are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may not misuse the site, for example by attempting to disrupt it, scraping it at a volume that degrades service, or using it for unlawful purposes.
2. Information, not advice
Results are estimates for general information only. Financial, health, fitness and other calculators are not a substitute for professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional, such as a doctor, financial adviser or accountant, before making decisions based on a result.
3. Accuracy and third-party data
We work hard to keep formulas correct, but we can’t guarantee every result is accurate, complete or current. Live data such as exchange rates and crypto prices comes from third parties and may be delayed or unavailable.
4. Your data
You are responsible for data you enter and save in your browser. Locally saved data, such as Kanban boards, can be lost if you clear your browser storage. Export anything important. See our privacy policy for details.
5. No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on any result.
7. Changes
We may modify these terms or the tools at any time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
